Product Description

Sombrado is the recessed luminaire with an extraordinarily pure style; being very discreet, it allows quality effective lighting of areas with standard height ceilings. Completely trimless luminaire, once it has been installed, the structure disappears, leaving the pure safety glass to set off the false ceiling.

Body

Die-cast aluminium. Glass retaining springs in lacquered steel and clear safety glass with matt edge (heat treated).

LED LUCE system

Three beam widths: narrow, medium and wide. 50 mm ? IOS reflector made from metallised polycarbonate with scratch resistant protective coating (including light collimator for narrow and medium beams). Ultra-clear anti-static polycarbonate safety shield.

Interchangeable optics

Sombrado can change the widthof the light beam (narrow,medium, wide) using the LL1interchangeable optics withtwist lock fixing system; easy toreplace with a simple twist.The LL1 optics can also bebought separately.

Control gear technologies

Constant current driver provided with multi-core cable complete with a quick-fit plug to connect to the socket on the luminaire. Luminous flux adjusted with standard dimmer. Example: Triac leading edge phase cut dimmer for incandescent lamps or electronic trailing edge phase cut dimmer for low voltage lamps.

Installation

Trimless: by inserting the spotlight support in the plasterboard false ceiling (12.5-15 mm thick) and smoothing plaster around the cut-out. After the luminaire has been installed, the safety glass will be the only visible part flush with the ceiling.
