Product Description

Supertechne, recessed projector designed to light large interiors, fits beautifully into its surroundings. The large false ceiling areas in museums, airports, art galleries and shopping centres are the perfect site for these luminaires, which are distinguished by the high quality of the components and by the simple, rapid and safe installation made possible by the patented Mollablok and Polyblok systems. The Comfort and Dark Light versions are particularly suitable for settings where high visual comfort is required and where video terminals are used. With extremely effi cient optics, Supertechne comes in the solid bezel version – for discreet integration in ceilings – or with the AVS convection cooling system.

Body

Die-cast aluminium; the housing is made from technopolymer in the versions for compact fl uorescent lamps.

Reflector

For halogen, metal halide and high-power fl uorescent lamps: 99.9% pure aluminium. For compact fl uorescent lamps: metallised polycarbonate with scratch resistant protective coating or 99.9% pure aluminium.

Shield

Heat treated, anti-glare clear safety glass. The Supertechne Compact model comes with an anti-glare louvre.

Control gear technologies

For metal halide lamps: HF or HPF control gear, fitted with multi-core cable (with silicone outer protective sheath and Tefl on-coated inner wires) complete with a quick-fi t plug to connect to the socket on the luminaire. For compact fl uorescent lamps: HF control gear, HF dimmable control gear, HF control gear with emergency pack, in prewired remote unit.

Installation

Rapid installation with the Mollablok system for adjustable fi xing into false ceilings up to 35 mm thick, and quick-fit plug. Fitted with the Polyblok patented system for easy access to the optical compartment and to hold the heat treated safety glass.
